Beginning on September 1, 2006, any prescriptions Commercial members now receive through Walgreens Mail Service will be transferred to RightSource. After August 31st, Walgreens Mail Service will no longer be a mail-order option. This change will not affect members’ prescription drug benefits in any way.

The goals of RightSource are to provide our members with excellent customer service, as well as a convenient pharmacy solution. Since both RightSource and Humana customer service representatives have access to the patient’s entire benefit profile, Humana members will not have to waste time having calls transferred to/from outside mail-order representatives.

RightSource allows us to integrate and enhance our service to our members by offering:

• Convenience - Members don’t have to run to the pharmacy every time they need a prescription refilled, and they can receive a 90-day supply with each order.
• Savings - With generic alternatives and 90-day supply discounts, RightSource offers many opportunities that may reduce member drug costs.
• Guidance - RightSource gives our members the information they need, when they need it. They can speak directly with a pharmacist or technician when they need assistance. In addition, RightSource will notify members’ when they receive their order and when they ship their order.
• Service - Humana representatives are happy to answer member questions or connect members with a RightSource team member. Commercial members can also use the RxCalculatorSM at www.humana.com to determine their cost share or directly contact RightSource. The Humana Customer Reps and the RightSource Customer Reps have integrated access to one membership system, the Humana billing and enrollment system. Transfers between each entity is transparent to members. Member information follows with the member.

Transition to RightSource has minimal member impact - Humana is getting open file transfers of existing Walgreen held prescriptions to RightSource, so that information transferred will not need new scripts. Information will be forthcoming shortly.
